サステイナブルの思想というのはとても好きです。
持続可能な社会。
最近は何が成功していくかわからない世界で、成功の方程式が通用しにくい世界です。
そうなると、昨日までうまくいっていた人が転んでしまっていたり、昨日まで転んでいた
人が注目されて一気に立ち上がったり。不確実な社会（VUCA：Volatility（変動性・不安定さ）、
Uncertainty（不確実性・不確定さ）、Complexity（複雑性）、Ambiguity（曖昧性・不明確さ））
だから、誰もがいつ転んでもなんとかすることができる社会です。
つい昨日までは新自由主義が猛威を振るって、勝者総取りの様相を呈していたのが、いくつかの
社会的なインパクトを経て変わってきました。「世の中なんて変わらない、わけじゃない。
あなたのおかげで変えることができた」とインパクトの中で犠牲になった人に教えてあげたい。
そのような犠牲があったことを日々の祈りに込めていきたいと思っています。
これからは経済合理性だけではない軸で世界を回していくフェーズに来ています。
新しい世界をどう創っていくかのヴィジョン、意味づけが大事です。
この価値観にコミットしたいと思っていますが、新自由主義やそれ以前の社会階級主義の
ような学歴、会社で人を判断する価値観の中も生きてきて、それも分かっているので、
その価値観を今でも大切にしている人に流されないようにすることが課題であり、今年の
目標です。

I would like to commit to this value, but I have lived in the educational background such as neoliberalism and pre-social classism, and the value of judging people in the company, and I know that, so that The challenge and goal for this year is to prevent people who still value their values from being swept away.
